How long is our warranty period?
We offer a 90 day warranty on parts and labor on most of our repairs
How long do I have to pay for and pick up my repair after dropping it off?
Unless a deposit is required you have 30 days to pick up and pay for your repair
Is there a charge for you to look at my device and diagnose it?
We are happy to provide free estimates and diagnostics
What is the quality of the parts that we use?
We only use the best OEM quality parts that we can source
Can I bring my own parts for you to use to repair my device with?
You may bring us your own parts however we cannot offer a warranty when customer parts are used and may have to charge you for our time if the parts you supply turn out to be incorrect. Generally it's best if we supply the parts for you.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept Cash, and Credit/Debit cards as payment.
